This matrix is used to plot benefits of a proposition for individuals alongside the equivalent benefits for organisation. Our thesis, backed up by historic review, is that B2C/ C2B propositions will only gain success at scale when there are readily identifiable benefits for both parties; i.e. there is a win-win.
